2 cups Water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cups couscous uncooked
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
3 whole Onion
1 whole Red bell pepper Julienned
4 cloves garlic minced
2 1/4 teaspoons Coriander ground
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
3/4 teaspoon Tumeric
1/8 teaspoon ground clove
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
2 1/3 cups chicken broth
4 whole plum tomato
3 tablespoons raisins

Bring the water to a boil in a medium sauce pan stir in 1/4 teaspoon salt and the couscous cover and remove from heat, Let it stand in a warm Place Heat the Oil in a medium Skillet over medium-low heat Add the onions and belle peppers and saute for 5 minutes or until the onion is translucent Increase the heat to medium, Stir in the garlic, coriander, cumin, turmeric, cloves, Cinnamon, 2 teaspoons of salt and cayenne Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly Stir in the chicken broth and tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are very tender Add the currants and cook for 3 minutes longer Spoon the couscous into a serving bowl. Top with the vegetable mixture Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 192 Calories; 4g Fat (20.4% calories from fat); 6g Protein; 32g Carbohydrate; 3g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; 833mg Sodium. 1 frozen pie crust
1 Tbs softened butter
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
2 Tbs minced scallions
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 eggs beaten
2 cups cream
4 oz shredded Swiss cheese

1 Brush the 1 T softened butter on the crust. Melt the ?c butter and saute the mushrooms and scallions. Add the salt and pepper. Cook till tender. 2 Mix the beaten eggs, cream, the cheese. Then add in the vegetable mixture. Pour it into the pie crust. Bake at 425? for 15 minutes. Then turn it down to 325? and cook for 35 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.

1 Buffalo Sauce – 1/4 to 1/2 Cup
1 Teriyaki Sauce – 1/4 to 1/2 Cup
1 Hot Sauce – 1/4 to 1/2 Cup if desired

1. Bake entire bag of Love Me Tenders Chicken Tenders according to directions on package. 2. When cooked, remove Love Me Tenders and divide them equally into four bowls. 3. Using one bowl per sauce, pour sauce over Tenders and smother (begin with 1/4 Cup and increase up to 1/2 as desired). 4. Toss Tenders in both with sauce until they are completely covered. 5. Take contents from each bowl and arrange on serving tray and devour.

1 Bell Peppers
1 Spanish Rice Mix
1 Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 Hot Sauce (optional)

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees 2. Prepare Spanish Rice according to box directions 3. With rice cooking, prepare bell peppers by cutting off tops and carving out seeds and insides to make each pepper a shell 4. Place the peppers in a baking dish with the hollow side up 5. Mix cooked rice, shredded cheese, and Love Me Tenders Sliced Chicken Breast into a bowl – mix well 6. Fill the peppers with the rice, chicken, and cheese mix 7. Bake for one hour 8. After 45 minutes baking, top off each pepper with additional shredded cheese 9. Continue baking until the cheese on top of each pepper turns golden brown

10 ” Flour Tortillas (any flavor variety)
1 Mixed Greens (1/2 Cup per Wrap)
1 Shredded Monterey Jack or Colby Cheese
1 Sliced Avocado
1 Sliced Mushrooms
1 Diced Tomatos

1. In a large bowl combine the mixed greens, cheese, and Caesar dressing, then toss together 2. Place each tortilla flat and in the end closest to you place about a ½ cup of mixed greens 3. Add in all of the vegetables 4. Add Love Me Tenders Sliced Chicken Breast pieces (either baked or microwaved following the directions on the package for a hot wrap, or defrosted for a cold one) 5. Sprinkle with cheese 6. Optional....add bacon! 7. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll tightly – the cheese will melt on top of the chicken 8. Cut on the diagonal to serve

1 c Mini pretzel twists
1 c Honey roasted peanuts
1 ts Sugar
2 ts Paprika
1/2 ts Garlic salt
1/2 ts Onion salt
1/4 ts Dry mustard
1/8 ts Ground cayenne
3 tb Oil
1 1/2 ts Worcestershire
1/2 ts Liquid smoke

Combine Crispix, pretzels and peanuts in a large bag; set aside. Combine sugar and spices; set aside. Combine oil, Worc. and smoke. Pour over cereal mixture. Close bag and toss well. 1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
0.25 teaspoon cloves
1 Lemon juice- keeps apples from turning brown
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon water
1 flour- for crust and dish

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Slice, peel and core the 9 apples in a large bowl. Mix the lemon juice in with the apples as you cut them. Combine sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a small bowl. Mix about 3/4 of the mixture with the apples (best if you use your hands). Coat the bottom of a deep pie dish with flour. Put a little more flour on top of the crust and fill with apple mixture. then evenly distribute the rest of the sugar mixture over the top of the pie. Put the second pie crust on top. Mix the egg yolk and water together and lightly brush it onto the top off the pie. Put the pie in the oven for 15 minutes. Then turn the temperature down to 325 degrees and let it bake another 20 minutes.

1 (10-ounce) jar sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, c
1 small onion chopped
4 garlic cloves minced
1/4 cup tomato paste
2/3 cup dry white wine
8 ounces angel hair pasta
1 Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 ounces soft fresh goat cheese coarsely crumbled
2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves

Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes in a heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and saute until tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in the garlic and saute until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the wine and sun-dried tomatoes and simmer until the liquid reduces by half, about 2 minutes. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup of cooking liquid. Add the pasta to the tomato mixture and toss to coat, adding some reserved cooking liquid to moisten. Season the pasta, to taste, with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the goat cheese and parsley and stir. Mound the pasta into bowls and serve.

1 can (12 oz) Jumbo black olives
1 can (12 oz) Medium black olives
1 Carrot peeled
4 ozs Cream cheese

Peel and slice the carrot into 1/8 inch rounds. Remove a pie wedge from each round. (that will be the penguin beak). Put the cream cheese in a small plastic baggy and snip the end. Slice open the jumbo olive and pipe in the cream cheese. Slice an opening on the medium olive for the carrot pie wedge and insert. Now stack the medium olive on the stuffed jumbo olive, on top of the carrot slice and secure with a frilly toothpick.
